Philosophy GreaterWorks! employs the philosophy of a virtual agency. We have a core, full-time staff that focuses on strategic development and direction of expert client service partners in creative, production, event management, media relations, etc. The team members for each client are selected based on their specific relevance to the client's need. Ultimately, this process allows each client to receive optimum service, customized to their objectives and their identify, not the agency's.
President's Profile
Creola Hampton has more than 25 years experience in developing and executing
fully integrated marketing communications programs on local, regional and national levels. Her
background includes agency experience providing both consumer and business-to-business clients in a myriad of industries including foodservice, music recording, healthcare, household supplies, health/beauty aids, churches and other non-profit organizations.
She has lead the development and execution of programs inclusive of public relations, promotions, advertising, direct marketing, event management, new product introductions, collateral development, corporate consumer and trade relations, and panel development and moderation for market research. Hampton held the positions of vice president, director of public relations and director of integrated marketing at Venuso & Associates, Inc. She was responsible for strategic direction and accounts management for the agency's two leading clients, Candle Corporation of America (Ambria and Sterno® brands) and Peer Foods, Inc. In addition, she managed account services and public relations for all of the agency's other food service clients including Sara Lee Bakery, Veal Committee, Kronos, Dean Foods, Women's Foodservice Forum and others. Prior to joining Venuso & Associates in 1993, Hampton held senior level positions at Noble & Associates including account supervisor and director of public relations where she developed consumer and business-to-business public relations and promotions programs for clients of the agency in both its Chicago, IL and Springfield, MO offices. These clients include J.R. Simplot Company, National Livestock and Meat Board, Australian Meat and Livestock Corporation, Frito-Lay, American Dairy Association, Douwe Egberts, Jim Beam Brands, McCains', and Superior Coffee and Foods. Before joining Noble & Associates, Hampton worked in the consumer and business units of Burson Marstellar on several stellar accounts including the National Turkey Federation, R.T. French, G.D. Searl's Dramamine and Nutrasweet (the introduction of) brands, Procter & Gamble's Tide and Mr. Clean brands and Jim Beam's Mr. & Mrs. T brands. Before Burson-Marsteller, Hampton was part of the networks broadcast media and direct response groups of Ogilvy & Mather. Hampton is an active member of the International Food service Editorial Council (IFEC), the Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF), Women's Chefs & Restaurateurs (WCR), Multi-Cultural Food service & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA), Urban Gateways and several faith based initiatives of Valley Kingdom Ministries International. Hampton has developed internal and external marketing vehicles for Cornerstone Christian Center and The Cause Worldwide Outreach (a non-profit faith based organization that promotes awareness, help and hope for those impacted by HIV/AIDS). As Marketing Director for Valley Kingdom Ministries International since 1999, Hampton has been responsible for overseeing publication of its quarterly magazine, KINGDOM NEWS; communications programs targeting external audiences with regard to events and socioeconomic programs; development of the church's web site; the concept development, production and marketing of its television talk show, "Kingdom Vision," and marketing of Kingdom Records and it's Gold CD, "Praise Is What I Do." and the nomination of six Stellar awards for it's 2004 release, "Shekinah Glory Ministry LIVE" and its accompanying DVD, which she produced. Hampton graduated with honors from Roosevelt University with a B. S. in Psychology and Personnel Administration in 1980, and received her certificate for Integrated Marketing Services from University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 2001. |
